Fasti Ecclesiae Scoticanae, H Scott
(1915)

The Fasti Ecclesiae Scoticanae,  is a
record of the succession of Ministers in the Church of Scotland from the
Reformation (1560). Not all the Registers have survived the years. The ministers often covered more than one parish kirk and during their early years moved around the country, covering
vacancies, and  gaining
experience before eventually settling. There is an  entry for the
sometimes short stay at each kirk with a more detailed resume , including 
family details, for the parish in which they eventually settled. The
following are selected extracts from the updated version (1917, 1920, 1926  ) of this
